In December 2025, the National Campus Artificial Intelligence Algorithm Elite Competition was successfully held in Jiangyin City. This competition was jointly organized by the Global Campus Artificial Intelligence Algorithm Elite Competition Organizing Committee and the Jiangsu Provincial Artificial Intelligence Society, and co-organized by the School of Computer Science and Engineering of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, the Organization Department of the Jiangyin Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Jiangyin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Jiangyin Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, the Wuxi Municipal Artificial Intelligence Industry Science and Technology Town Chief Group, the Jiangyin Municipal Association for Science and Technology, and the Jiangyin Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League. The two core competitions of the 7th Global Campus Artificial Intelligence Algorithm Elite Competition in 2025, themed "Intelligent Youth, Computing the Future," namely the "Large Model Technology Innovation Competition" and the "Large Model Task Challenge Competition," were successfully concluded.
The Global Campus Artificial Intelligence Algorithm Elite Competition, launched in 2019, was selected as a "whitelist" competition by the Ministry of Education in 2023, and is the only competition focused on "artificial intelligence algorithms." As a high-level competition included in the national directory of academic competitions for regular institutions of higher learning, this year's competition, featuring two large-scale model challenges, focuses on cutting-edge technological innovation and practical industrial needs. It provides a high-quality platform for collaborative integration of learning, research, competition, and industry, attracting young students from around the world to compete and injecting vibrant youthful energy into the field of artificial intelligence large models.
